考察pH值和表面活性剂对酿酒酵母生物合成谷胱甘肽(GSH)的影响。设计了一种pH值控制策略,在酿酒酵母HSJB1发酵过程中,当pH1.5时,可使胞内合成的GSH完全分泌到胞外,胞外GSH含量达47.66mg/L。0.1%的十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)几乎完全抑制细胞的生长,而0.1%的蔗糖酯、吐温80和二甲基亚砜(DMSO)对细胞生长无抑制作用,并且对GSH的胞外分泌也无影响;曲拉通(TritonX-100)对菌体的生长和GSH胞外分泌产生影响,随加入浓度增加,GSH胞外分泌增加,添加TritonX-100时间越早,分泌到胞外的GSH越多。
Effects of pH and surfactant on glutathione (GSH) biosynthesis in Saccharomyces cerevisiae were investigated. A pH control strategy was designed. During the fermentation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae HSJB1, the intracellular GSH was completely secreted when the pH value was 1.5. The extracellular GSH content reached 47.66 mg / L. 0.1% sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) inhibited cell growth almost completely, while 0.1% sucrose ester, Tween 80 and dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) did not inhibit cell growth, and GSH TritonX-100 had an effect on the growth of cells and the extracellular secretion of GSH. With the increase of the concentration, the extracellular secretion of GSH increased, and the earlier the TritonX-100 was added, the more secretion of extracellular GSH more.
