介绍灌注桩施工现状及存在问题,结合兰新铁路客运专线甘青段硫磺沟大桥工程,阐述预埋箱位基本原则和预埋箱法静载荷试验原理,分析预埋箱法特点。通过预埋荷载箱法桩基础承载力测试,确定单桩基础竖向极限承载力及沉降规律,为验证与优化桩基础设计提供有效数据,以及提供钻孔灌注桩的施工工艺和经验。
The present situation and existing problems of bored pile construction are introduced. Combined with the engineering of Sanshougou bridge in Gansu section of Lan-Xin Railway Passenger Dedicated Line, the basic principle of embedded box and the static load test principle of embedded box method are expounded. The vertical bearing capacity and settlement law of single pile foundation are determined by embedding the bearing capacity test of pile foundation with load box method, providing valid data for verifying and optimizing the design of pile foundation, and providing the construction technology and experience of the bored pile.
