引言马铃薯块茎在贮藏期中因萌芽而造成的损失已为众所周知的事情。近年来曾研究用原子射线(Glueckauf,1955;Sparrow 和 Christensen,1954)或化学药剂(Denny,1945;Audus,1953;Smith,1954)处理以抑制萌芽。1955年间我们曾用 Maleichydrazide(MH),Naphthalene acetic acid(NAA),2,4-Dichlorophenoxyaceticacid(2,4-D)与2,4,5-Trichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4,5-T)等数种药品于收获前喷洒马铃薯的茎叶,结果发现 MH 不抑制块茎上芽的萌发但萌发的芽一般不再伸
INTRODUCTION Loss of potato tubers due to sprouting during storage is well known. In recent years, treatment with atomic rays (Glueckauf, 1955; Sparrow and Christensen, 1954) or chemical agents (Denny, 1945; Audus, 1953; Smith, 1954) has been studied to suppress germination. In 1955 we used Maleichydrazide (MH), Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA), 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and 2,4,5-Trichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4,5-T) The drug was sprayed on the stems and leaves of potato prior to harvest, and it was found that MH did not inhibit the germination of tuber buds but germinated buds generally did not extend
