公路工程建设方案的选择是一个多目标、多属性的决策问题。灰色理论中的灰色关联度排序机理明确、计算简便,在较大程度上消除了主观随意性,可为多目标多属性方案的决策和措施选择提供科学依据。本文介绍了灰色关联分析在公路工程建设方案选优中的应用方法,并给出了计算实例。针对原灰色关联分析中关联度的规范性以及无量纲化方法和分辩系数的选用对结果的影响等理论问题提出了解决办法。
The choice of highway construction plan is a multi-objective and multi-attribute decision-making problem. The gray relational degree ranking mechanism in gray theory is clear, the calculation is simple, and the subjective arbitrariness is eliminated to a great extent, which provides a scientific basis for the decision-making and measures selection of multi-objective multi-attribute schemes. This paper introduces the application of gray relational analysis in highway project construction optimization, and gives a calculation example. In view of the normativity of the degree of relevance in the original gray relational analysis and the theoretical problems such as the influence of the non-dimensional method and the selection of the resolution coefficient on the result, some solutions are proposed.
