经Ｂ型超声扫描观察了２０名正常人和２２名单纯胆囊结石病人空腹状态下和脂肪餐后的胆囊运动情况。发现胆囊结石病人胆囊空腹容积和正常人差别无显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５），但其胆囊收缩排空功能已有明显下降，主要表现为胆囊残留容积增加、排空速率和排空分数下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）；部分结石病人的胆囊收缩排空速率和排空分数与正常人的差异无显著性意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。可见胆囊结石形成与胆囊运动功能下降的关系，有待进一步探讨。
The B-mode ultrasound scan was used to observe the gallbladder movement in fasting and post-fat meals in 20 normal subjects and 22 simple gallstone patients. Found gallbladder patients gallbladder fasting volume and normal difference was not significant (P> 0.05), but the gallbladder contraction and evacuation function has been significantly reduced, mainly as the residual capacity of the gallbladder, emptying rate and emptying fraction decreased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of gallbladder contraction and emptying between the two groups (P> 0.05). Shows the formation of gallbladder stones and gallbladder function decline, to be further explored.
