当前我国施工企业在工程项目成本管理方面,主要存在着制度不完善,管理水平不高等问题,造成施工成本支出大,效益低下的不良局面。本文针对工程项目成本管理过程中存在的问题进行分析和探讨并提出相应的对策。
At present, China’s construction enterprises mainly face the problems of imperfect system and low management level in project cost management, resulting in the bad situation of large construction cost and low benefit. This article analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the project cost management process and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
