首先用测温法测定了模数增大系数E的变化规律,发现E和保温板厚度与铸件模数之比■有关,这种关系可以用一条E-■曲线表示。用传热学理论对实验结果作了进一步分析,得出了E和■以及材料热性质之间的定量关系式。在对模数增大系教的变化规律进行研究的基础上,得出了保温板的设计计算方法,对这种方法在平板试样和齿轮另件上进行了初步验证,说明这种方法是可行的。
Firstly, the variation law of modulus increasing coefficient E was measured by thermometry. It was found that the relationship between the thickness of E and the modulus of casting plate is related to the modulus of casting. The relationship can be expressed by an E-curve. Based on the heat transfer theory, the experimental results are further analyzed and the quantitative relationship between E and S and the thermal properties of the material is obtained. Based on the study of the variation regularity of modulus increase teaching, the design and calculation method of thermal insulation board is obtained. The method is validated on flat specimen and gear parts, which shows that this method is feasible.
