时光荏苒,春秋有序。今年是兵团实施农牧工危旧住房改造工程的第二年。这一时刻揪动着几届兵团领导的心,顺民意、得民心的大事,取得了怎样的进展,2000年又将有何打算?带着这些疑问,记者走访了兵团有关部门,查阅了大量资料。记者深深为兵团这一浩大工程所取得的成就所震撼,也深深为兵团农牧工身逢盛世所庆幸!据统计,1999年兵团农牧团场农牧工危旧住房改造工程共竣工住房37044户,完成建筑面积316.66万平方米,实现总投资14.44亿元,圆满完成了兵团党委确定的农牧工危旧住房改造工作的年度任务。数字是枯燥的,然而在这些数字背后,却饱含了兵团各级领导的深情与心血,凝聚了参与工程建设者无私奉献、艰苦奋斗的精神,体现了广大农牧工的理解、支持与拥护。
Time flies, spring and autumn orderly. This year is the second year that Corps has implemented the project of renovating dilapidated housing for farmers and herdsmen. At this juncture, what progress has been made by pulling the hearts of the leaders of the Corps for several sessions and making major contributions to people’s will and popular wishes? What are these plans to do in 2000? With these questions, the reporter visited relevant departments of the Corps and consulted a large number of data. The reporter deeply shocked by the accomplishments made by this huge project of the Corps and deeply rewarded by the prosperity of the Corps for farming and animal husbandry! According to the statistics, in 1999, 37044 households, completed a building area of 3166600 square meters, a total investment of 1.444 billion yuan, successfully completed the Corps party committees identified farming and animal husbandry old housing renovation work of the annual task. The figures are boring. However, behind these figures, they are full of the deep feeling and dedication of leaders at all levels of the Corps, and have unite their dedication and hard work in engineering construction, which embodies the understanding, support and endorsement of the majority of agricultural and pastoral workers.
