张民,男,祖籍河南,1963年10月出生,大兴区第一届、第二届政协委员,北京畜牧兽医学会理事。1987年毕业于河南农业大学兽医系,同年参加工作,迄今为止已从事兽医工作26年。曾任大发集团广发公司总经理、大兴区畜牧水产服务中心奶业科科长、大兴区畜牧兽医总站站长、大兴区动物卫生监督所所长(兼)、大兴区动物疫病控制中心主任等职务。现任大兴区动物卫生监督管理局总兽医师,主管大兴区动物疫病防控及动物疫情应急管理等工作。
Zhang Min, male, ancestral home Henan, was born in October 1963, Daxing District, the first session of the CPPCC National Committee members, Beijing Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Association. In 1987 graduated from Henan Agricultural University Department of Veterinary Medicine, the same year to participate in the work, so far has been engaged in veterinary work for 26 years. He once served as general manager of Dafa Group Guangfa Company, chief of dairy department of Daxing Animal Husbandry and Aquatic Products Service Center, chief of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Station of Daxing District, director of Animal Health Supervision Office of Daxing District (concurrently) and director of Animal Disease Control Center of Daxing District. IncumbentDaxing District animal health supervision and Administration Bureau chief veterinarian, in charge of Daxing animal disease prevention and control and animal epidemic emergency management work.
