Objectives In the “adult vaccination BCC prevention tuberculosis, cancer and other disease group monitoring study”, coincides with the outbreak of influenza (influenza), then the study of the incidence of influenza in the investigation to explore the adult vaccination BCG prevention of influenza effect. Methods A healthy villager from 20 to 55 years old in a township was randomly divided into study group inoculated with BCG and unvaccinated control group. The inoculation group was first vaccinated in May 1997, the second vaccination in November and the third vaccination in May 1998, and then entered the observation and monitoring period. The epidemic prevention network doctors were investigated and registered for the related diseases in a timely manner. Report, summary at the end An outbreak of influenza was reported in August 1999 and a special investigation was conducted immediately. The incidence of influenza in vaccinated and non-vaccinated groups was checked out and statistical analysis was conducted. Results ① The outbreak of this flu accounted for 7079 people at home in the town with 425 flu patients, of which 3498 were uninfected with BCG, 337 were flu and 3581 were BCG vaccinated. There were 88 flu and two There was a significant difference in the incidence of influenza between the two groups. (2) There were 2261 people who inoculated with BEG once, 50 people who developed influenza, 2 people who inoculated 2 times, 26 people who had flu, 304 people who had 3 inoculation and 12 people who had flu . Statistically, there was no significant difference in the incidence of influenza between BCG vaccinated groups (X ~ 2 = 3.430, P = 0.180). CONCLUSIONS ① Approximately 2.5 years after inoculation of BEG in adults have a good preventive effect on influenza (protection rate 74.49%); ② It is not necessary to strengthen immunity in BCG prevention adults vaccinated by adults for about 2.5 years. In other words, The preventive effect.
