被列为上海市重点建设项目的杨树浦发电厂改建工程首台125MW机组于1998年1月23日19:08并网发电成功。建厂已有87年的杨树浦发电厂曾有“远东第一大火电厂”之称,建国后一直为沪东地区担负着繁重的发电、变电、供热等任务。经国家计委批准,该厂利用德国政府贷款进行技术改造,新建两台125MW发电供热机组(配两台500t/h锅炉)。5年来,该厂职工以主人翁姿态积极投入改建工程之中,齐心协力,克服困难,艰苦奋战,相继完成了9项单体工程以及首台新机组安装、调试、并网发电工作。第二台机组将于1998年10月投运。届时,将对素有“工业要塞”之称的沪东地区缺电状况有所缓解,同时该地
The first 125 MW unit of the Yangshupu Power Plant Reconstruction Project, which was listed as a key construction project in Shanghai, was successfully connected to the grid at 19:08 on January 23, 1998. The Yangshupu Power Plant, which has been established for 87 years, was once known as the “largest thermal power plant in the Far East”. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, it was responsible for the heavy tasks of power generation, power transformation, and heat supply for the Hudong region. With the approval of the State Development Planning Commission, the plant has used the German government loan for technological transformation and has built two 125 MW power generating units (with two 500 t/h boilers). In the past five years, the employees of the plant have been actively involved in the reconstruction project with their masters, working together to overcome difficulties and work hard. They have completed nine single-unit projects and the installation, commissioning and grid-connected power generation of the first new unit. The second unit will be put into operation in October 1998. By then, the power shortage in the Hudong area, known as the “industrial fortress,” will be eased.
