本研究旨在提高对CMAP形态学的理解,以期改进传导检查程序。 方法 在26例健康人中对正中、尺、腓和胫神经各作7个图。检测前三者时仰卧位,检测胫神经时俯卧位.固定刺激器并监测皮温.应用8导程的Nicolet Viking Ⅱ (Madison, Wisconsin)机。在检测四神经时,画图格线范围分别是:大鱼际肌格线达第一掌骨背侧;小鱼际肌格线包绕手尺侧达掌、背第四掌骨;覆盖足背趾短伸肌和拇短伸肌区域;从足跟到跖趾关节,并覆盖足内外侧以包绕拇趾和小趾肌群。或达跖骨背面。活动电极为8个直径1mm的圆
The aim of this study is to improve the understanding of CMAP morphology with a view to improving the conduction inspection program. Methods The median, ruler, peroneal, and tibial nerve were made into 7 maps in 26 healthy subjects. Supine test was performed in the first three cases and prone position was detected in the tibial nerve. The stimulators were fixed and skin temperature was monitored. An 8-lead Nicolet Viking II (Madison, Wisconsin) machine was used.
