目的比较复方甘草酸苷注射液经肝动脉给药和腹腔给药对急性肝衰竭模型大鼠肝功能改善作用。方法用D-氨基半乳糖腹腔注射构建实验性急性肝衰竭模型大鼠。将复方甘草酸苷注射液经过肝动脉给药和腹腔给药两种途径作用于急性肝衰竭模型大鼠,并检测肝功能指标和观察大鼠肝组织病理变化。结果肝动脉灌注给药能明显改善大鼠的肝脏功能以及肝组织形态学,与腹腔给药组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肝动脉灌注给药在改善急性肝衰竭大鼠肝功能方面优于腹腔给药。
Objective To compare the effects of compound glycyrrhizin injection on hepatic function in rats with acute hepatic failure by hepatic artery and intraperitoneal administration. Methods Experimental acute hepatic failure model rats were established by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactosamine. Compound glycyrrhizin injection through the hepatic artery administration and intraperitoneal administration of two ways in acute liver failure model rats, and detection of liver function and pathological changes in rat liver tissue. Results Hepatic artery perfusion could obviously improve the liver function and the morphology of liver in rats. Compared with the intraperitoneal injection group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Hepatic artery perfusion is superior to intraperitoneal administration in improving liver function in rats with acute liver failure.
