1.柴油机反转原因及预防 柴油机起动,遇到反转时会使未滤清的空气经排气管吸入缸内,各种杂质灰尘乘机而入,加剧了活塞、缸筒与配气机构的磨损。如果采用手摇起动,柴油机着火时会带着手摇把高速反转,容易伤人。那么,柴油机反转的原因是怎样造成的,如何预防呢? (1)摇机方法不对。有的机手用手摇把摇柴油机时,活塞尚未越过上止点就放松减压手板,于是缸内柴油过早爆燃,造成曲轴反转。因此,摇机时应一鼓作气,待活塞越过上止点后才放回减压手柄。
