一、前言我司于1989年初组织各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅(局)对1988年全国卫生防疫防治机构、人员、经费等情况进行了调查。这次调查由我司负责设计调查表和汇总表,并经卫生部计划财务司卫生统计处定稿,由各省、自治区、直辖市汇总本地区资料上报,最后由我司汇编成册。

I. INTRODUCTION In early 1989, our company organized the Health Departments (bureaus) of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government to conduct investigations on the 1988 national health and epidemic prevention and control institutions, personnel, and funds. This survey is designed by our company to design the survey form and summary form, and finalized by the Health Statistics Department of the Planning Finance Department of the Ministry of Health. The provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government will summarize and submit the information of this region, which will be compiled into a book by our company.
