一、规程修订的背景国际标准化组织机械振动、冲击与状态监测技术委员会第3分委会——振动冲击测量仪器的应用和校准分委会(ISO TC108/SC3)负责制定振动和冲击测量仪器校准的系列国际标准。其中,ISO16063-11《激光干涉法振动绝对校准》和ISO16063-21《振动比较法校准》中给出的振动校准的频率范围都达到了0.4Hz~10k Hz;而且ISO TC108/SC3正在讨论将振动校准的频率范围扩展到0.1Hz~20k Hz。我国在国际计
