本文从企业方角度论述中小制造企业实施ERP时应该关注的两大关键问题,并就中小制造企业实施ERP的重点和难点——存货管理问题进行重点论述,对中小制造企业ERP实施时的各阶段存货管理目标及应对措施提出了建设性意见。
This paper discusses two key issues that small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises should pay attention to when implementing ERP from the perspective of the enterprise, and focuses on the key and difficult problems of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in implementing ERP-inventory management. Stock management objectives and countermeasures put forward constructive suggestions.
