针对国投新集刘庄煤矿西区巷道埋深大、变形大和反复破坏等特点,在总结深部软岩巷道变形特点的基础上,深入探讨了深部软岩巷道的变形机理,提出了6大支护对策,并将研究成果应用到刘庄煤矿西区制冷硐室支护设计中。应用有限元数值方法,分析了巷道和支护结构的变形和受力特性,验证了文中提出的支护方法的可行性。
Aiming at the characteristics of large buried roadway, large deformation and repeated destruction in the west of Liuzhuang Coal Mine, aiming at the characteristics of deformation of deep soft rock roadway, the deformation mechanism of deep soft rock roadway is discussed in depth. The deformation mechanism of deep soft rock roadway is proposed. Countermeasures, and the research results applied to Liuzhuang coal mine cooling chamber supporting design. The finite element numerical method is used to analyze the deformation and stress characteristics of the roadway and support structure. The feasibility of the proposed support method is verified.
