我厂大型铝合金铸件广泛采用金属型铸造。为了提高生产率、降低劳动强度,在群众性的技术革新运动中,我们先后设计、制造了数台液压传动金属型铸造机,并投入生产,收到了良好的效果。下面简要介绍一种垂直分型的液压传动金属型铸造机(图1)。
I plant a large aluminum castings widely used metal casting. In order to increase productivity and reduce labor intensity, we have successively designed and manufactured several hydraulically-driven metal casting machines and put them into production in the mass technological innovation campaign and received good results. The following is a brief description of a vertically split hydraulic drive cast metal machine (Figure 1).
