目的 了解生长抑素影响奥迪括约肌运动的神经通路成分。方法 建立奥迪括约肌测压慢性实验动物模型 ,研究 M受体阻断剂、α受体阻断剂、β受体阻断剂、5- HT4 受体阻断剂、一氧化氮合酶抑制剂和河豚毒素对生长抑素调节奥迪括约肌运动的影响。结果 阿托品、二乙胺盐酸甲酯和河豚毒素阻断生长抑素对括约肌的兴奋作用 ;L -精氨酸甲酯阻断生长抑素对括约肌的抑制作用。结论 生长抑素通过胆碱能和 5-羟色胺能神经元组成的兴奋性神经通路 ,兴奋奥迪括约肌 ;通过含一氧化氮神经元的非肾上腺素能非胆碱能神经通路 ,抑制奥迪括约肌。
Objective To understand the components of somatostatin that affect the activity of the Audi sphincter. Methods To establish a chronic experimental animal model of sphincter of Oddi, to study the effects of M receptor blockers, α receptor blockers, β blockers, 5-HT4 receptor blockers, nitric oxide synthase inhibitors and Effect of tetrodotoxin on the regulation of somatostatin in the sphincter of Audi. Results Atropine, diethylamine hydrochloride and tetrodotoxin blocked the excitatory effect of somatostatin on sphincter; L - arginine methyl ester blocked the inhibitory effect of somatostatin on sphincter. Conclusion Somatostatin excites the Audi sphincter through the excitatory neural pathways composed of cholinergic and serotonergic neurons. It inhibits the Audi sphincter through non-adrenergic non-cholinergic neuronal pathways with nitric oxide-producing neurons.
