SECRETARY’S DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES Just as the key responsibility, secretary workers also need to learn the “three nature” of the key: rigidity, resilience, and perception. Rigidity is the most consistent quality inside and outside the key. Secretary workers must also be rigid, and they must always adhere to the principle and work diligently.
