信任与契约是一种典型的社会资本,契约可以规范企业行为,协调市场要素。中国近代市场以信任和契约理念为主传统意识对中国经济发展起着潜在作用。本文结合中国契约历史的发展,对比中西契约制度,把握近代中国特有的文化传统,为我们今天构建和谐的区域经济制度找到一点启迪。
Trust and contract is a typical social capital. Contract can regulate the behavior of enterprises and coordinate market factors. China’s Modern Market Based on the Concept of Trust and Contract The traditional awareness plays a potential role in China’s economic development. Combining with the development of the history of China’s contract, this article contrasts the contract system between China and the West, grasps the cultural traditions unique to modern China, and finds inspiration for building a harmonious regional economic system today.
