实行项目法施工,是建筑业施工管理体制综合改革的一项重要举措,项目成为企业的直接履约主体和效益载体,项目党支部也随之变成基层党建工作的着力点和落脚点。在项目管理中,党建工作的先锋模范、战斗堡垒和组织保证作用成为保障项目高效运营的隐形武器。本文作者认为项目党支部建设工作的生命力在于为施工一线生产经营服务。须以人为本和以经济建设两个中心不动摇,紧抓思想政治工作、发挥战斗堡垒作用及严把质量关三方面工作,共同促进项目发展。确保项目各项生产经营目标的全面完成,体现出项目党支部的服务、管理和促进功能。
The implementation of the project law construction is an important measure for the comprehensive reform of the construction management system in the construction industry.
