运用燃烧合成工艺制备了一种多相内生金属问化合物基复合材料(NiAl—28Cr—6Mo)-TiC.复合材料的高温变形行为显示流变应力随温度升高或初始应变速率减小而降低,服从幂指数规律求出了不同含量TiC时复合材料的应力指数n和激活能Q,与同类NiAl基复合材料进行了比较分析.
A multiphase endogenous metal-based compound matrix composite (NiAl-28Cr-6Mo) -TiC was prepared by combustion synthesis. The high-temperature deformation behavior of the composites shows that the flow stress decreases with the increase of temperature or the initial strain rate. The stress exponent n and activation energy Q of the composites with different content of TiC are obeyed the law of power exponent, Materials were analyzed comparatively.
