企业思想政治工作与企业管理工作是国有企业生产经营与发展中既独立运行,又紧密联系的两方面系统工作。认真分析企业思想政治工作与企业管理工作的区别及联系,正确理解国有企业思想政治工作与企业管理既独立又相互统一的辩证关系,创新性建立健全思想政治工作长效机制,最大限度调动广大职工在生产经营中的自觉性,形成思想政治工作与管理工作良性互动格局,推进现代化国有企业生产经营稳步、协调、快速发展。
