基于STS教育理念的职业学校人才培养模式改革与实践研究

职业学校的教育在整个教育环境中都是极为重要的,但从目前的情况来看,其在人才培养模式上还存在许多的问题。本文就对此进行了详细的分析,这些问题主要体现人才培养目标不明确、“双师型”教师的数量难以达到相应的要求、课程的设置过于落后以及学校与企业未进行深层次的合作这四个方面,文章也针对这几点问题给出了相应的建议,其中主要是结合STS这一先进的教育理念来进行说明的。文章最后还对STS教育理念的实践进行了探讨,具有一定的指导意义。 Vocational school education is of great importance throughout the education environment. However, from the current situation, there are still many problems in personnel training mode. This article has carried on the detailed analysis to this, these questions mainly manifested the goal of personnel training is not clear, “double teacher ” the number of teachers is difficult to meet the corresponding requirements, the curriculum is set too far behind and schools and enterprises did not carry out deep The four aspects of cooperation, the article also for these issues are given the corresponding recommendations, mainly in combination with the STS advanced educational philosophy to illustrate.
