语言是交流的工具。一种特定的语言映衬一种特定的文化,这种特定的文化,恰是这种语言赖以生存的摇篮。当某种思想、观念在人们的大脑中形成以后,人们的言词表述即作为一种介质,以其特定的形式可在一定程度上传输这些概念。在此,语词表现力的强弱,之于言情达意甚为关键。英语“词本位”探究有益于英语语言学习者英语水平能力的整体提升。
