HQM1-2型颠倒采水器目前仍是海洋调查中测温采水的常规仪器。长期以来,由于该仪器的固定夹的性能存在一些问题,导致在观测中,出现采水器提前颠倒或击锤后不颠倒的现象,只好重新观测,既误时费功,也影响了资料的质量。固定夹的结构欠妥也造成夜间或风浪较大的情况下操作不便。弹簧片经一段时间的使用后,容易变形,失效,整个采水器就得报废。所以,颠倒采水器的固定夹乃是关键的部件,尤其是在深海大洋观测,更显得问题的
