国民经济不同产业部门之间的生产关系可被投入产出表系统反映,那么在分析社会经济、预测或者决策时,就可以通过分析该表来实现。当前社会经济的一个重要构成就是环境污染和治理问题,如果将传统的投入产出表中有关环境治理的投产和产出的数据分离出来,这个过程就被称作投入产出表的绿化。基于该表,可以研究区域的社会经济对环境污染治理的影响,进而为协调生态环境和社会经济发展之间的和谐关系提供重要的决策依据。
The production relations between different industries in the national economy can be reflected in the input-output system, and then analyzed in the analysis of socio-economic, forecasting or decision-making. An important component of the current social economy is environmental pollution and governance. If we separate the traditional input-output data on production and output of environmental governance, this process is called greening of input-output tables. Based on this table, we can study the impact of regional socio-economic impacts on environmental pollution control and provide important decision-making basis for coordinating the harmonious relationship between ecological environment and socio-economic development.
