自国务院颁布《关于鼓励软件产业和集成电路产业发展的若干政策》(国发[2000]18号)后,业界无不欢欣鼓舞,热切关注着与之相关的配套政策出台。信息产业部、财政部、国家税务总局和国家海关部署等有关部门根据国务院18号文的精神相继制定了一系列实施细则和配套政策。为方便查阅,现将有关软件产业发展相关政策的摘要汇集如下,以飨读者。
Since the State Council promulgated the “Several Policies on Encouraging the Development of the Software Industry and the Integrated Circuit Industry” (Guo Fa [2000] No. 18), the industry is all over the world rejoicing and eagerly awaits the introduction of related supporting policies. The Ministry of Information Industry, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation and the State Customs Department have formulated a series of implementing rules and supporting policies in line with the spirit of State Council Circular No. 18. For ease of access, a summary of policy related to the development of the software industry is now compiled as follows to readers.
