厦门国际法高等研究院(http://www.xiamenacademy.org/)(以下简称“研究院”)成立于2005年4月6日,是亚太地区唯一的国际法学高等研究机构。研究院的目标是建成享誉国际的自主性常设国际法学术机构,旨在促进国际法领域的国际学术研究、交流与合作;培训各国,特别是亚太地区各国的国际法专业人才;加强国际法在规范国际关系和建立国际新秩序方面的功能。
Xiamen Institute of International Law (http://www.xiamenacademy.org/) (hereinafter referred to as the “Institute”) was established on April 6, 2005. It is the only institute for advanced studies in international law in the Asia Pacific region. The goal of the institute is to establish an internationally acclaimed academic institution for standing international law with a view to promoting international academic research, exchange and cooperation in the field of international law; to train professionals in international law in various countries, especially in the Asia-Pacific region; to strengthen the international legal system in regulating international relations and The function of establishing a new international order.
