铁打的营盘流水的兵,作为高中教育工作者,今天面对的学生虽然年龄仍然是十六七岁,但在知识大爆炸的今天,能够影响他们学习的因素是以往所无法比拟的。他们想事情、看问题已经习惯于使用较多的抽象思维,表现出更加强烈的自我意识,对父母、教师表现出极大的不信任,甚至存在反抗意识和心理。但是,他们在观察事物和考虑问题时往往带有片面性,甚至脱离实际,流于空想。这无形中加大了教学工作的难度,也是教育面临的新课题。
As a high school educator, as a high school educator, the students today face at the age of 16 or 17, but the factors that can affect their learning today are unmatched by the big bang of knowledge. They think of things and see that the problem has become accustomed to using more abstract thinking, showing a stronger self-awareness, showing great mistrust of parents and teachers, and even having a sense of resistance and psychology. However, when they observe things and think about them, they often have one-sidedness, even out of touch with reality and fantasy. This virtually increases the difficulty of teaching, but also a new task facing education.
