房地产行业曾是这场由城市化进程所推动的中国财富创造运动中最大的受益者。如今,这个被誉为“躺着就能把钱赚了”的行业“造富”能力已发生巨变。这其中,“拿地难”成为众多房企吐槽的痛点之首。受益于房地产市场利好政策,近来一线城市土地市场一直持续火爆,9月一线城市合计月内土地成交额达到588.78亿元,创今年以来的最高纪录,环比8月全月涨幅高达188%。而另一方面,为了遏制常年“晒太阳”的闲置土地不断增加,全国各地政府也纷纷开始出招。本刊将围绕相关问题进行探讨。
