在经济全球化以及信息网络化的知识经济时代,如何建立一套符合公司成长的,能促使公司业绩提升的业绩考核体系,对于我国企业强化管理规范化,完善公司法人治理结构具有深刻的意义。本文集中分析了我国绩效评价指标体系存在的问题并提出了改进建议。
In the era of knowledge economy with economic globalization and information networking, it is of great significance for Chinese enterprises to strengthen the management standardization and perfect the corporate governance structure in order to establish a set of performance evaluation system which is in line with the company’s growth and can promote the performance of the company. This paper focuses on analyzing the problems existing in our country’s performance appraisal index system and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
