近年来,异位妊娠发生率有所增加,异位妊娠所致的死亡在孕产妇死亡率中仍占有相当的比例。因此,有必要了解本市的异位妊娠发生率、诊断、治疗等各方面的现状,以便提高诊断和处理水平,进一步寻找可能的发病原因。为此,中华医学会上海分会妇产科学会组织上海市15所医院对异位妊娠进行调查。现将调查方法、内容及结果报告如下。
In recent years, the incidence of ectopic pregnancy has increased, ectopic pregnancy-related deaths still account for a considerable proportion of maternal mortality. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the status of ectopic pregnancy in the city, diagnosis, treatment and other aspects in order to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment, to further find possible causes of the disease. To this end, the Chinese Medical Association Shanghai Branch Obstetrics and Gynecology Association organized 15 hospitals in Shanghai to investigate ectopic pregnancy. The survey method, content and results are reported as follows.
