目的:研究马钱子配伍生地黄(以下简称马生)不同比例水煎剂中马钱子碱和士的宁的含量变化。方法:采用HPLC分别对马生前后主要生物碱成分马钱子碱和士的宁的含量进行测定。结果:与马钱子单煎剂比较,马生1∶2煎剂中马钱子碱和士的宁分别下降19.49%和0.23%;马生1∶4煎剂中马钱子碱和士的宁分别下降59.93%和31.95%;马生1∶6煎剂中马钱子碱和士的宁分别升高6.25%和43.22%。结论:马生1∶21、∶4煎剂可降低马钱子毒性成分,起到减毒作用。减毒较佳配伍比例为马生1∶4。
Objective: To study the content changes of strychnine and strychnine in the different proportion of decoction of Strychnos nux-vomica combined with Radix Rehmanniae (hereinafter referred to as Ma Sheng). Methods: The contents of major alkaloids, strychnine and strychnine, before and after the operation were determined by HPLC. Results: Compared with Strychni decoction, the contents of brucine and strychnine in the 1: 2 decoction of Ma Sheng were decreased by 19.49% and 0.23%, respectively. The contents of strychnine and strychnine Ning decreased by 59.93% and 31.95% respectively; while the ratio of strychnine and strychnine in the 1:6 decoction of Ma Sheng increased by 6.25% and 43.22% respectively. Conclusion: Ma Sheng 1:21 ,: 4 decoction can reduce the toxic ingredients of Strychnos and play an attenuating effect. The better compatibility ratio for the ratio of horse 1: 4.
