目的:分析我院住院病区2006～2008年细胞毒类药注射剂的应用情况,探讨在不具备集中配液条件下对该类药物的管理模式,保证用药的安全性和有效性。方法:统计分析3年间各病区细胞毒类药物注射剂的使用数量、品种和百分比。结果:3年来涉及药品30种,其中前8种药品的用药数量占整体76.07%,列为重点药品;外科病房7个病区、内科病房3个病区用药数量比例分别为96.79%和95.76%,隶属于重点科室。结论:建立细胞毒类药物的管理模式,以重点药品和重点科室为中心,监管药品使用的全过程,防止差错,保证用药安全。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the application of cytotoxic agents in inpatient ward of our hospital from 2006 to 2008, and to explore the management mode of such drugs under the condition of not having centralized dosing, so as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the medication. Methods: The number, variety and percentage of cytotoxic drug injections in different wards in three years were statistically analyzed. Results: Thirty kinds of drugs were involved in the past three years, accounting for 76.07% of the total. Among the seven wards in the surgical ward and the three wards in the medical ward, the proportions of drugs used were 96.79% and 95.76% , Under the key sections. Conclusion: The establishment of a management model of cytotoxic drugs, focusing on key drugs and key departments as the center, to monitor the entire process of drug use, to prevent errors and ensure drug safety.
