校企合作一直是各高职院校进行人才培养的主要方式,在全国各高校加深知识型人才培养的基础上,高职院校依然针对技能型人才培养方案加大力度,通过各种形式的校企合作推动技能型人才培养模式的发展,本文主要通过阐述我院动漫设计与制作专业进行“工学结合,校企合作”人才培养模式的基础上,结合我院实际现状,提出合理化建议和意见,为完善高职院校的岗位人才培养模式提供一个良好的平台。
The cooperation between schools and enterprises has always been the main way to cultivate talents in higher vocational colleges. Based on the deepening of training of knowledgeable talents in colleges and universities all over the country, the higher vocational colleges still intensify their efforts to cultivate skilled personnel. Through various forms Based on the model of “work-study integration, school-enterprise cooperation” and personnel training model of cartoon and animation design and production in our college, this paper, based on the actual situation of our college, puts forward reasonable suggestions And opinions, to provide a good platform for improving the training mode of post talents in higher vocational colleges.
