本文研究了掺锑量对ＳｎＯ２∶Ｓｂ电热膜电阻温度特性的影响。发现高掺锑量的电热膜具有自限流和自限温特性，并分析了该特性对电热膜寿命的影响。
In this paper, the effect of antimony content on the resistance temperature characteristics of SnO2: Sb electric heating film was studied. It is found that the electric film with high content of antimony has self-limiting current and self-limiting temperature characteristics, and the influence of this characteristic on the life of the electric film is analyzed.
