2012年10月,是《装备制造》杂志创刊5周年。5年前的10月,党的十七大胜利召开,会议特别强调要大力振兴装备制造业。同月,在政府领导、行业专家和社会同仁的倡导下,中国工业报社创办了《装备制造》杂志。这个特殊的月份赋予了杂志特别的使命,正如时任国家发展改革委副主任、国家能源局局长的张国宝在创刊贺词中提出“作为全国第一本以装备制造业为报道对象的《装备制造》杂志,肩负着重要的使命与责任。杂志要站在国家发展战略的高度,以提升中国装备制造业竞争力为己任,成为装备制造业的旗舰刊物。”
October 2012, is the fifth anniversary of the magazine “Equipment Manufacturing”. Five years ago in October, the victory of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held. The conference stressed in particular the need to vigorously rejuvenate the equipment manufacturing industry. In the same month, with the advent of government leaders, industry experts and social colleagues, China Industrial News launched the “Equipment Manufacturing” magazine. This special month has given the magazine a special mission. Just as Zhang Guobao, then deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission and director of the National Energy Administration, put forward his message as the first equipment item covered by the equipment manufacturing industry in the country, Manufacturing magazine occupies an important mission and responsibility.The magazine should stand on the national development strategy to enhance the competitiveness of China's equipment manufacturing industry as its own responsibility and become the flagship publication of the equipment manufacturing industry.
