随着我国经济的快速发展,土地需求与其供应紧张的矛盾日益突出,高层建筑具有节约土地资源、高容积率、富于时代感和都市感等优点,在城市建设中,发展十分迅速。但是由于高层建筑施工的特征以及施工安全管理的原因,在高层建筑施工中存在着诸多安全问题,针对这些问题,相关部门必须严格执行高层建筑施工安全标准,安全保证工程施工质量和进度,建设高质量的工程。
