殷学波,1968年出生,就职于南京钢铁集团。今年37岁的他,自幼于钓鱼结下不解之缘,从6岁开始就喜欢在河里摸鱼钓鱼。殷学波参加工作后,对钓鱼仍然痴心不改,赴珍珠泉,到龙池,奔金牛水库去钓鱼,可以说南京大大小小的钓场几乎都被他钓遍了。在别人眼里,钓鱼无非是休闲,亦或是一种“尝鲜”,而他却说：八小时之外感受钓鱼其时不在鱼,而在于过程,在于乐趣。他真正走上竞技钓鱼之路,是在1997年底。当时他的钓鱼技术并不是十分精良,通过近几年的磨练,已经逐渐成长为一个在南京、江苏地区乃至全国都很有名气的钓手。不论严寒酷暑,他都骑着摩托车坚持到池塘练竿,正是这种不畏艰辛的锻炼,让他的钓鱼技术逐步提高和完善。最近几年,他在全国、江苏及南京市大大小小的比赛中,常常名列前茅,为江苏省南京市及南京钢铁集团公司的钓鱼运动的开展做出了一定的贡献。

In recent years, he has always been among the best in large and small competitions across the country, Jiangsu and Nanjing, and has made some contributions to the fishing of Nanjing and Nanjing Iron and Steel Group Corporation in Jiangsu Province.
