随着知识产权制度在我国的建立和逐步完善,人们逐步认识到保护中药知识产权的重要性和迫切性。现分析我国中药知识产权保护的现状和影响因素,提出加强中药知识产权保护的对策,以促进中药产业的国际化发展。
With the establishment and gradual improvement of the intellectual property system in our country, people are gradually realizing the importance and urgency of protecting the intellectual property of traditional Chinese medicine. The current situation and influential factors of intellectual property protection of Chinese traditional medicine are analyzed and the countermeasures to strengthen the protection of Chinese traditional medicine intellectual property are put forward so as to promote the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine industry.
