针对波兰产LK-1型铲运机在我国地下矿山使用中污染严重的问题,提出以国产低污染风冷柴油机取代原直喷式柴油机的改造方案,进行了电算辅助设计,分析论证了柴油机和液力变矩器匹配的合理性及方案的可行性。
Aiming at the serious pollution problem of LK-1 scraper made in Poland in the use of underground mines in our country, this paper proposes a new type of domestic low-pollution air-cooled diesel engine to replace the original direct injection diesel engine. The computer aided design is carried out. And the torque converter matching rationality and feasibility of the program.
