静态破碎技术其实质是破碎体上钻孔,在钻孔中灌装静力爆破剂,依靠其膨胀力使介质产生裂隙或裂缝,从而达到破碎的目的,可在无振动、无飞石,无噪音、无污染的条件下破碎或切割岩石或混凝土构筑物,破碎时时不会损坏周围的任何物体,在确保安全的前提下又能达到破碎的目的。但单一的静态破碎针对高强钢筋混凝土构件的拆除效果不理想,可以借助水钻在高强钢筋混凝土构件上成孔孔的同时切断钢筋,释放钢筋约束力,可以使静态爆破达到理想效果。
