以“金蒜2号”大蒜为试材,采用盆栽试验,通过叶面喷施浓度为0.30、0.60、0.90g·L~(-1)的有机锗(Ge-132)溶液,以喷施等量蒸馏水为对照,研究了有机锗对大蒜幼苗生长发育和叶片光合性能的影响。结果表明:在有机锗浓度为0.30~0.60g·L~(-1)范围内,大蒜幼苗株高、假茎粗、叶面积和根系活力等生长指标均随有机锗浓度的升高而升高,当有机锗浓度升高至0.90g·L~(-1),各生长指标值则显著下降;在0.60g·L~(-1)浓度下达到最大,比对照组分别升高了1.6%、5.3%、2.0%和20.0%;叶片内光合色素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度也随有机锗浓度升高呈先上升后下降的趋势,在0.60g·L~(-1)浓度时达到最大,其中,净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度分别比对照升高了40%、38%和36%;因此,外喷0.60g·L~(-1)有机锗是促进栽培大蒜的生长发育并提高光合效率的最适浓度。

The contents of photosynthetic pigments, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance in leaves increased first and then decreased with the increase of organogermanium concentration. At the concentration of 0.60 g · L -1 The net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were increased by 40%, 38% and 36% respectively compared with the control. Therefore, spraying 0.60g · L -1 organogermanium was the best method to promote the cultivation of garlic Growth and development and improve photosynthetic efficiency of the optimal concentration.
