带状疱疹系认为由于以前感染过水痘的病人,其潜伏的病毒复活而致发病。带状疱疹在婴儿中罕见。本文报告3例女婴带状疱疹,发病年龄分别在4、5和7月龄,且其母在怀孕期间均患有水痘。3例中有2例均经病毒学证实,其中一例经血清学检查,证明血清IgA、IgG和IgM水平全部正常,水痘带状疱疹(VZ)补体结合试验显示:病人入院时滴度为1:2阴性,6周后滴度为1:16阳性,母亲VZ补体结合试验在入院时和6周后滴度均为1:16阳性。特异性的VZ免疫球蛋白滴度:病人入院时IgG为16,
Herpes zoster is thought to have morbidities due to the revival of its latent virus in patients who had previously had chickenpox. Shingles are rare in infants. This article reports 3 cases of herpes zoster in girls with age at onset of 4, 5, and 7 months of age, all with chickenpox during pregnancy. Two of the three cases were confirmed by virology. One of the three cases was confirmed by serological tests. All the serum IgA, IgG and IgM levels were normal. The complement fixation test of Varicella Zoster showed that the titers of patients on admission were 1: 2 negative, titers of 1:16 after 6 weeks positive mother’s VZ complement fixation test at admission and 6 weeks after the titers were 1:16 positive. Specific VZ immunoglobulin titers: IgG was 16 at admission,
