知识经济时代,知识融合有效地解决了知识的组织、利用、服务问题。在引文网络中,作者引用他人文献,可以看作是知识的融合。基于引文视角的作者知识融合能力,从另一个角度为学科领域人才的评价与遴选提供了一种新的方法或途径。文章以《中国引文数据库》中的2014—2015年图书情报学文献为检索对象,下载相关题录,并定义作者知识融合广度和作者知识融合深度两种作者知识融合能力测度指标,以此来评价作者将他人知识融合为己有知识的能力。研究发现:作者知识融合能力存在一定的差距,且多数作者知识融合能力较低,这为作者知识融合能力的评价或遴选人才提供了可能性,作者知识融合广度与作者参考文献量呈线性正相关关系,并认为其主要受作者参考文献量的影响;作者知识融合深度与作者发文量具有弱关联关系,并认为其主要受引证动机的影响。
In the age of knowledge economy, knowledge fusion effectively solves the problem of organization, utilization and service of knowledge. In the citation network, the author quotes other people’s literature and can be regarded as the fusion of knowledge. Based on the citation perspective, the author’s knowledge fusion ability provides a new method or approach for the evaluation and selection of talent in the academic field from another perspective. Based on the literature of Library and Information Science from 2014 to 2015 in the Citation Database of China, the article downloads relevant bibliography and defines the author’s index of knowledge fusion ability, which is the breadth of knowledge fusion and the author’s knowledge fusion depth. The author’s ability to integrate other’s knowledge into one’s own knowledge. The findings show that there is a certain gap between the authors’ ability of knowledge fusion and that the majority of authors have low knowledge fusion ability, which provides the possibility for the author to evaluate or select the ability of knowledge fusion. The breadth of knowledge fusion is positively correlated with the author reference volume It is concluded that the author’s knowledge fusion depth has a weak relationship with the author’s writing volume and is mainly influenced by the citation motivation.
