利用稀土醇盐与季铵盐化的吡啶改性丁苯橡胶 (PSBR)乳液反应 ,制成含稀土PSBR胶片 ,然后与天然橡胶并用 ,获得含稀土复合弹性材料。发现其物理力学性能有明显提高。通过红外光谱 (IR)、差示扫描热量计 (DSC)以及交联密度分析 ,讨论了其结构与性能的关系。
Rare earth alkoxide is used to react with quaternized pyridine-modified styrene-butadiene rubber (PSBR) latex to prepare a rare earth-containing PSBR film, which is then used in combination with natural rubber to obtain the rare earth-containing composite elastic material. Found that the physical and mechanical properties have significantly improved. The relationship between structure and properties was discussed by infrared spectroscopy (IR), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and crosslinking density analysis.
