环境日趋恶化,形势十分严峻,环境执法仍存在种种问题,迫切要求加大环境执法力度。不断完善环境立法体系,为强化环境执法奠定坚实的法制基础;加大环保行政执法力度,使各项法律制度落到实处;完善环境权益的司法救济制度,强化司法执法。
The environment is deteriorating day by day. The situation is very grim. Various problems still exist in environmental law enforcement, and it is urgently required to step up efforts in environmental law enforcement. We will continue to improve the environmental legislation system and lay a solid legal foundation for enforcing environmental laws and regulations. We will step up efforts to enforce laws and regulations in environmental protection so that all legal systems are implemented in a down-to-earth manner. We will improve the judicial relief system for environmental rights and interests and strengthen judicial enforcement.
